Pack enough of your dog's regular food to last the entire program. Keeping their diet consistent prevents digestive upset during training. You're also welcome to bring a familiar blanket or toy if it helps them settle in during the first day or two.
We typically recommend against in-person visits during the program. It's not about being strict; it's about protecting your dog's learning momentum. Visits can trigger emotional setbacks that slow progress significantly. Instead, we keep you fully in the loop with regular photos and video updates so you can watch the transformation unfold.
Absolutely. The idea that you can't teach an old dog new tricks is simply a myth. Our motivational, low-stress approach works remarkably well for adult and senior dogs. In fact, some of our most dramatic transformations have come from dogs their owners assumed were past the point of change.
Regression during a transition period is completely normal, and it's exactly why our lifetime guarantee exists. If your dog starts slipping on a command or an old behavior resurfaces, reach out. We'll schedule a refresher session and get them back on track at no additional charge.
