Yes, and this is one of our most important priorities. Our science-based, motivational methods produce a balanced dog with strict rules of engagement. A properly trained protection dog is calm, social, and gentle in everyday life. They engage defensively only when commanded or when a clear, real threat is present. Safety and control are built into every layer of the program.
Not with our approach. Unpredictable aggression almost always stems from anxiety or poor training, not from protection work itself. We build genuine confidence and clear behavioral boundaries. Your dog learns exactly when their skills are appropriate, which actually makes them more stable and predictable, not less.
Breed matters far less than individual temperament. We have evaluated dogs of many breeds and found that genetic drives and nerve stability are the real determining factors. Every dog goes through our assessment before we commit to any program. That is our promise to you and to your dog.
A great deal, honestly, and that is a good thing. You are your dog's leader, and we will make sure you are equipped to be one. We require your active participation during the handler turnover sessions and follow-up training. The more invested you are, the more effective and lasting your dog's protection skills will be.
